Colleen Hall talks about A Wounded Heart
Today I welcome Colleen Hall to my blog where we talk about her latest book, A Wounded Heart. Welcome, Colleen! Q: What was the hardest scene to write in the book? Colleen: The hardest scene for me to write was the fight scene between Shane and his Cheyenne half brother, Wild Wind. I felt a little out of my element when I wrote this scene since I’m not an expert on men’s fights, especially fights in the Plains Indian culture. I wanted this scene to be tense, realistic, and captivating, yet I didn’t want to bore my women readers. Louis L’Amour’s Westerns were a great inspiration and help to me,…
