Announcement of upcoming book

I have always loved books which are a collection of short stories. I love the fact that you can pick them up while you are waiting for something or you only have a few minutes to read. You can read just one, mull over and savor it like a tasty morsel. In fact, I met my fellow author and dear friend Marguerite Cummings through her story in the Hot Apple Cider books. It was through that encounter that we developed a friendship and ultimately ended up together in our writer’s group with Glenda Dekkema and Claudia Loopstra, the group was founded by Carol Ford. As a group, we went on to publish the As the Ink Flows devotional.

Now, just a little bit over a year later, I am so pleased to announce that I will be joining a phenomenal group of writers and poets in the latest Hot Apple Cider book titled: Christmas with Hot Apple Cider. Among the contributors are my wonderful fellow As the Ink Flows authors, Carol Ford and Marguerite Cummings. You can read the full list of contributing authors here

This beautiful collection of eclectic stories about the season of giving and receiving will be a welcome edition to any library and it will be hitting stores October 1st, 2017.

What is my story about?

There was one particular moment in my life that touched me profoundly, I remember it like it was yesterday (and yet it was years ago) and so I wrote about that moment.
