Among the Innocent by Mary Alford
This is the first book I’ve read from this author.
MY REVIEW
This book might not be for the faint of heart, but my guess is that if you like Romantic Suspense with a touch of Amish and the like, you’re probably fine. But be warned, there is no sugarcoating the trauma Leah Miller endured and her courage to overcome it.
This is a chilling page-turner that will keep you riveted to your chair, and maybe hiding under a pile of blankets, but the payoff, in the end, is well worth it.
Among the Innocent is well-written and pulls you in from the first page. And the cover of the book is perfect!
